My first blog post

This is the first post on my new blog, which I have set up to make my latest book, Great Burial Places, more widely known. Go to the Shop to find out all about it. You’ll also find two of my earlier publications available as e-books: Nepal under the Ranas and A History of the Indian Princely States. The former is a must read for anyone wishing to understand what makes Nepal tick today. The latter is more academic and covers a lesser known aspect of 19th and 20th century India.
